body of your dreams consists of having a realistic maintenance program.

up for failure by establishing unrealistic goals. For example, do
not commit yourself to weightlifting two hours a day, five times
a week if you do not have the time to do this. Rather than setting
impossible goals and then feeling disappointed when you fail to
achieve them, create a realistic body maintenance program.

your limits are and know what you are willing to endure for many
years. Then put yourself on a realistic diet and exercise program
